RSArt Gallery OnLine is criated in 1998 from Rossen Stanoev - artist, curator, art manager. Rossen Stanoev is Art manager from 1990 and also curator of "Hoff Gallery", Horb, Germany. From 1992 he is Art manager of "House of  Art", Varna. From 1992 till 1998 he is Director of "Gallery 6+".
